Installation

Before starting installation, Ecoscape UK Ltd instructions must be followed carefully. These are the recommended guidelines and do not replace official rules, building regulations and/or instructions by architects, designers, engineers, fitters/installers, builders or contractors.

Buyer and/or Buyer’s architect, designer, engineer, fitters/installer, builder or contractor defines the intended usage and where considerations such as the following are taken into account: structural capability calculated by a structural engineer; load-bearings which affected by the kind of traffic the floor is to withstand; the site conditions, being under which conditions the floor will be used.

Delivery

Ecoscape UK Ltd gives no warranty that the courier or delivery vehicle shall deliver at the arranged date or time. We cannot issue any compensation for late deliveries so please do not arrange for any builders, joiners or fitters to be carrying out the installation on the day of delivery. Once the goods have been packaged and signed over to the courier or delivery vehicle the materials will be delivered to the pre-arranged address.

Someone must be present to sign for and aid in the unloading of the delivery, failure to do so will result in a £75.00 minimum re-delivery charge by the courier company. The delivery is a kerbside service – goods will be delivered to the kerb at the end of your driveway. Your delivery needs to be handballed off the vehicle and the driver will require assistance.

Once the goods have been dispatched to the buyer they are then responsible in full for the safe receipt of the materials. This includes unloading the delivery vehicle and correct storage prior to installation. In some cases – goods arrive on a wooden pallet which must be disposed of by the customer.

The price of purchase unless otherwise stated does not include, unloading, installation or maintenance of any materials sold by Ecoscape UK Ltd.

Ecoscape materials should be stored under cover, protected from weather and in the shade, until ready to install. Clarity products are subject to change in colour with extensive exposure to UV light. For this reason all products should not be stored outside and or covered with plastic sheeting. Ecoscape will not be held responsible for issues that arise from poor storage.
