Someone must be present to sign for and aid in the unloading of the delivery, failure to do so will result in a £75.00 minimum re-delivery charge by the courier company. The delivery is a kerbside service – goods will be delivered to the kerb at the end of your driveway. Your delivery needs to be handballed off the vehicle and the driver will require assistance.

Although Ecoscape UK’s materials are durable and long lasting. Of the two ranges we offer, each has benefits over the other;

Ecoscape Clarity products attain an exreamly good slip resistance score in accordance to PTV Slip Test BS 7976-2:2002 (Four S / Slider 96) in both wet and dry conditions however, this surface is not resistant to scratching or changes in colour with exposure to UV light and some change may present in lighter colours in the Clarity range. (Wood plastic composites contain natural wood fibres which contain organic lignin which is the timber compound that greys with exposure to UV. Darker colours which contain large amounts of dye in do not show this greying)

Forma products do not attain as significantly high slip test resistance in PTV Slip Test BS 7976-2:2002 (Four S / Slider 96) however, they are scratch and stain resistant and are warrantied for colour change with exposure to UV light.

Under normal use and service conditions, the product is guaranteed for a period of 20 years  (Clarity) from the date of the original consumer purchase against structural damage from fungal decay, termites, rotting, splintering or splitting only. Or 25 years (Forma) from the date of the original consumer purchase against structural damage from fungal decay, termites, rotting, splintering or splitting and colour change with UV exposure only. If a fault occurs with the decking within the warranty period, then the purchaser shall notify Ecoscape UK in writing. Ecoscape UK Ltd will investigate the fault and if necessary, appoint a representative to inspect the deck (any expenses incurred by Ecoscape UK will be charged to the purchaser at cost and will be fully refundable if Ecoscape UK Ltd’s product is found to be at fault).

If the material is found to be at fault, then Ecoscape UK Ltd will either replace the material or refund a percentage of the original material purchase price. Ecoscape UK Ltd will not accept any claim for any consequential losses, nor will any recompense be made to the customer for initial installation costs.
